I watched these guys' day trade the US stock market live on YouTube. What did I learn? 1. They talk non-stop.  2. They track the news.  3. They watch the premarket.  4. They show their trades. 5. They announce both their wins and losses. 6. They talk about missed trades (Tilray) without emotion.  7. They talk about selling too early but feeling ok because they are following their rules.  What might not work for me? I'm not a day trader but a daily trader.
