Super Trend Alert Notification

Is there a program that scans every stock in the market and alerts me or notifies me when a super trend indicator appears?

I found one but it's a stock by stock setting... https://wiki.timetotrade.com/Super_Trend_Alerts

I may not use it because it does not scan every stock, but the trigger settings are some things I can Leann from.

Let's hunt for my alerts... Or write my own app.

How do you prevent Supertrend false signal?

One advantage of the smaller Supertrend parameters is that we get more timely entries and exits...  When we lower the Supertrend parameters, we need to use another indicator to reduce the whipsaws and usually it ends up being an oscillator as oscillators are leading indicators. Supertrend(10,3) when combined with RSI(14) does not work so well, but if we combine RSI(7) with Supertrend(5,1.5), it gives interesting results and eliminates a lot of false signals. The general rule can be described as follows:   RSI followed by Supertrend rule: Buy, if you get a Buy signal in RSI(7), followed by a Buy signal in Supertrend(5,1.5) within 2-3 candles. Sell, if you get a Sell signal in RSI(7), followed by a Sell signal in Supertrend(5,1.5) within 2-3 candles. Rookie Trader's Regret: Lessons Learned from Selling Apple and Meta Stock Early

Image
I deeply regret selling all my Apple stock at $196.  Just four days later,  it surged to $208. Why did I make such a hasty decision? The sell signals seemed strong, and I lost faith in Apple due to their silence on AI advancements. However, immediately after WWDC2024, the stock price jumped significantly. This isn't the first time this has happened; I made a similar mistake with Meta stock. Lesson learned: When dealing with good stocks, it's wiser to sell only half of my holdings when faced with a strong sell signal. This strategy allows me to mitigate losses and benefit from potential price increases. ~ A Rookie Trader Learning from Mistakes  PS: New Strategy updated June 12, 2024... https://buysellsignals.blogspot.com/2024/06/july-2024-bro-ace-rookie-stock-trading.html
