Super Trend Alert Notification

Is there a program that scans every stock in the market and alerts me or notifies me when a super trend indicator appears?

I found one but it's a stock by stock setting... https://wiki.timetotrade.com/Super_Trend_Alerts

I may not use it because it does not scan every stock, but the trigger settings are some things I can Leann from.


Let's hunt for my alerts... Or write my own app.
