ROOKIE STOCK TRADING BRO-ACE STRATEGY  CHECKLIST

SELL: Identify Stock Holdings to SELL...
  • Use BRO (Moomoo) and A (Yahoo Finance). All 4 must meet the criteria...
    • BOL (20, C,2). Above Upper Band (sell). 
    • RSI (7). Above 70 (sell).
    • OBV. Above middle line (sell). 
    • A. Average Analyst Price Target is equal to or less than price (otherwise let the profits run). 
  • + Remember...
    • Never expect the price to return to its previous high. 
    • Never sell all share holdings of a good stock even with a strong sell signal. Sell only half?
    • Sell on signal even if it's a loss (capital cashflow is better than stuck or falling losses)
BUY: Identify Stocks to BUY
  • Buy only S&P500 stocks... for stability and dividends.
  • Use the Moomoo stock screener to screen SP500 stocks with a daily Bollinger indicator falling below the lower band... tap into the search bar to find the Screener. 
  • Use Moomoo for BRO indicators... and Yahoo Finance for ACE stats. All 6 must meet the criteria at closing...
    • BOL (20, C,2). Below Lower Band (buy). 
    • RSI (7). Below 30 (buy). 
    • OBV. Below middle line (buy). 
    • A. Average Analyst Price Target is more than 10% above price... AND DON'T buy if Target has been reached in the last 3 months!  
    • C. Cash Flow. Positive and in the millions. 
    • E. Earnings. Positive for the past 3 years. 
  • + Remember...
    • + Never buy when there is a gap down in the last 3 months. 
    • + Never buy if Target has been reached in the last 3 months.

Do Traders Make More Money Than Investors

Trading has come to a grinding halt. All my disposable capital is stuck in a market that is not moving up. I can't even buy anymore when they are down. I just have to sit and wait for the day COVID-19 vaccine is available.  That's when the market will shoot up. Now I know why traders cut losses. So I guess I am not a trader but an investor. A long term investor... 12-year investor to be exact. The financial crisis seems to come every 12 years.  I don't have much of 12 years left ahead of me. It's time to become a trader. So... Do Traders Make More Money Than Investors? Basically, both will make as much money. The trader makes the money faster, maybe in minutes, but more stressful. They buy to sell. They cut losses. The investor makes the money slower,  up to decades, but more relaxed. They buy to hold. They hold losses and hope.
