1 hour before the market opens. Any stocks in my Yahoo watchlist meeting my Supertrend buy criteria?  TALO? If there's a pullback, buy. Market opens. TALO opened higher. No pullback. It's not a good day to buy.  3 pm - 1 hour before the market closes.  Is there any stock I can sell? LYG.  Sell or hold? Sell! Why? The Price reached the weekly pivot point and may bounce back down. Sold LYG at $2.21.  Is there any stock to buy? Check MarketInOut.com.  None. Check the watch list. TALO? Jumped too much. See if there is a pullback tomorrow morning. Anyway, it's 14 days until the earnings call. So it's disqualified for a buy.  Check trending stocks? Missed BA, FB, and more.  Lesson: Keep track of good stocks daily.
